How does one take over another's membership. i would like to know this.

I need to get a membership into BMWCCA. I was thinking about going year to year for a while, but what type of membership do you have?

What other benefits have you guys used for the VA chapter? I don't think my next car will be a BMW, so it doesn't really matter if I get the rebate or not towards a purchase. If you guys can help me in sharing what you all have used it for, I'd be more open to becoming a member.
