What Brake fluid to use on 2009 328i xDrive

Ok I have searched here and google n the only thing I have found is I can put DOT4 brake fluid in. I was gonna turkey basin whats in the reservoir and refill it for now since I just changed my brakes and didnt bleed them.

Can you put full synthetic or could anyone suggest a type and brand to use.

Thanks

Garage List
ATE Super Blue or Type 200 is what I usually recommend. Motul RBF if the car is going to see track duty.

Definitely bleed the brakes. Turkey basting and refilling is not enough.
