Also, to answer your question.

I've ran 6,000K HID's on the Mtech front bumper for over a year without any issues. They actually run cooler than regular bulbs so you'll be fine.

Also, On my brothers car we ran the OEM splitters. I think it looks the best and gives it a very aggressive look to it, while others contour to the lines of the bumper.

Here's my brothers car for a reference:

Thanks for the fogs testimonial

Looks great but i cant find many pictures of these on white cars. My issue is since there is much more contrast on how it would look. Im considering the hamann.

specifically these:

Studie lip would be later done the line, I'd like to humor smaller (cheaper) lips like the lower splitter lol
Good call on not going all-out CF, I think AW looks better with colormatched pieces. You mentioned that haven't seen many pics of the Hamann splitters on white, so I did a quick google search, and you're right, lol. Found this one though, hopefully it might help.

At first I thought the "wings" on the ends might be a little obnoxious-looking, but this pic makes them look pretty good! Love your e90 as it is, def. a look I'm gonna be going for soon

Great looking car Pat. I say keep it simple and just put a hamann splitter on it like the link below.

In the front...tore up hood and front bumper/grilles.

Before:

Now I have the blackout grilles and a handy license plate holder that I can take off because it is attached to the lower grille.

Looks great, I love how the M Sport looks on Alpine White. I would go with the OEM (or OEM style) M Sport splitters. Is a drop in your future?

haha, yeah i came across that picture but white on white for the these splitters looks too "busy." im thinking black so it contrasts nicely and fills that portion of the car with dark parts since the top portions is blacked out.

Yeah, let me know when you do so i can help you out with parts and some install tips

Answers to your questions:
1. I ran 6000K HID in the fogs for over a year when I had my E90, never had an issue.
2. 3D lip or Hartge Japan lip.....!!!!!
