125k on mine, transfer case fluid and diffs changed, front bushings, and under seat speakers... Thats about it!! Oh brakes, i went for vented discs and ceramic pads, best decision ever!! Changing trans fluid next but it was checked 10k ago and it was full and clean doing the transfer case and both diffs is a must!! The fluid was horrible and very little, car felt like new after. I did it myself, fairly easy!! Just an afternoon for everything. Car is a 328xi 07
