What were mods 2 and 3? I like the wheels, they look different but they suit it. Not agressive but they look good

Car looks great! I was already thinking the dark grills were the obvious thing to match the rest of the scheme. I think your car is pretty much perfect. You could drop it lower but personally I think the M-sport suspension is firm enough for driving in Sydney.

I like the wheels, but maybe the pictures don't really show the colours very well. Especially the sapphire black dosen't look come out naturally in the pics, as there is too much reflection to see the matallic nature in the paint.

Looks very sharp. I personally like the wheels...but you're the one that has to enjoy riding on them as you carve out the road ;-)

Cheers,

I have to say thatI had a love/ hate relationship with the wheels; I did actually like them but they were not 100% to my satisfaction; see Mod 4 below.

Wow... you really changed the wheels... (I don't think it is photo-shopped)

These ones give the car a more OEM look, and are probably more eye catching too. I think both styles look good on your car.

I am struggling with choosing wheels for my white one.
I actually have grown to like to 225m's that you had on originally and that I have on mine.
Thinking of painting them black, but not so sure.
I love the two tone interior that you have there. I so wanted one as well, but there weren't any I liked for a white car.

Again, isnt human nature a strange thing; we go out and buy not inexpensive cars and then want tthem to be different - WTF.

Had i had the chance, I might actually have ordered a white one; i think theyre great; also have you seen that frozen grey on the M3 site, it looks bloody terrific.

I''d be going matt (probably) black if i had a white car!!!!

Yup, loving the two tone interior.

Cheers

I just got a price on painting the wheels black, $600 all up.
That's 2/3 the way towards a new set of wheels (without tyres).
I really didn't want to change my OEM's, but here is a picture of what they might look like:

Hell yeah, I wanted AW and had I managed to find one and not gone SG, I would have probably gone black wheels.

Those painted 225M's look good. I personally wouldn't bother with $900 wheels unless you are after K-mart quality.

Here's a few I like:

Very nice...those wheels look much sharper. Which ones/style# are those? Are they off an M3?

Cheers,
Majdi

These look quite good black. I reckon they are bordering on fussy tho'(in standard guise) and the black makes them look less so in some way.
