Speeding Ticket

My lawyer gets me deffered on one ticket, and I get another. 45 in a 30, we have thoose gay "Your Speed" signs all over the place and the cop claimed thats how he radar'd me, at first he was trying to tell me he used a radar gun and I said, well let me see this "radar gun" (Its a Laser Gun) and he obviously didnt, and I know the cops in that area use Ka, not k-band, so he finnally told me he used the sign. He pulled me over like 3 blocks from where he claimed when I was stopped at a light and pulled me over outside of the town. This is gonna be fun in court ><.

That sucks

I hate 30mph speed limits. Most of the time, like 99.9% of the time, do they ever warrant the speed limit posted.

its a main road, you cant go above 30mph anywhere in the Park Cities.

Hey at least he told you what he did, even after your challenge him on it. Now do you really think he will come clean in the court room. Think again...

So what did he write on the ticker "speed by traffic sign drone" Hmmm let see when was that thing last calibrated.. so officer do you have the user manual for that thing. Officer how do you know you got the right car. Officer are you positive it was working properly.

Good luck, but I doubt the Officer will come clear in front of the judge.
