Could it be my turbos?

So in the past week my car has gone from running normal to not being able to hold or have any boost past 2nd gear and now it feels like its no boost at all or maybe a very little amount. So i changed the spark plugs didnt do anything at all. Also when the car is cold it makes a clattery diesel sound and makes the same sound when i just start going in first. Could it be the turbos going bad? Maybe a boost leak issue? Its a 2007 6 speed 335i with SSTT and an active autowerk bov.

done some searching and it seems it could be a vaccum leak but im not getting any codes at all. It feels like the turbos just arent doing anything. Is no one else having this issue?

If the turbos aren't making any noise, and if there is no blue smoke coming out from your car, then they are most likely fine. Most likely a boost leak probably from your intercooler somewhere. You need to take it to a shop that can test for boost leaks.

Thanks for the info. There is no blue smoke and no noise whatsoever. Is there anyway I can do a leak test myself? If not what's the ball park figure to run the test?

There are some vaccum lines that are notorious for leaking in our cars. Search, cuz some guy posted his fix to em.
