LOL if we can find a 3rd you are more than welcome to come by, if we only have 2 we'll be down the street, but still rooftop pool I believe.

that place sounds super nice just a lot cheaper commuting. no way in the hell would my parents pay for me to live 20miles away from school for that cost. ill be staying at home till I'm done with school. throw something when you move in!!! lol

yep it is cheaper community or even living next to the school but I'm paying for this myself so I'm sort of "yolo-ing" it haha grad school only happens once right? or.. I guess that's not really true haha but if I do end up living there for sure i'll invite you guys over for a pool party

hahah you guys are both invited if i do end up living there but the tough part is finding the 3rd roommate, it's hard to find someone who will shell out that much for rent, a lot of people don't realize when you add your rent + utilities + parking (usually places charge in LA) you really aren't paying that much extra for a nice place haha

WELLLLLLLLLLL downtown LA is only bout 20 min drive to culver city
