changed oil housing gasket=limp mode/misfire

Ok, I'm stumped. We changed the oil filter housing gasket on my 335, after we finished, the car is going on limp mode and us misfiring bad. I know there's a vacuum leak because my boost gauge reads low vacuum, we double checked the intake manifold but everything is intact. The only problems are, it's leaking coolant because we broke a coolant line gasket but it shouldn't cause a misfire right? And the other problem was cylinder 3 spark plug was full of oil (accidental oil spill ) but we replaced it already. Any ideas guys?

I would recheck your work from start to finish. I know it's frustrating but that's probably best thing to do.
