How much did it cost you for them to make the kit? Fuel mods as well? I wonder if the stock fuel system would be enough at 600hp on just pump gas. On e85 i could see it being required to have a huge pump in it.

You'll have to talk to AK335i for that one as it's his car. At this point the car is running the Vargas HPFP and Fuel Rail, and Walbro 450lph in Parallel with the oem stock pump. The car is running e30 mix now on 15psi.

Ahh. Will do.

I'm surprised about the two different pumps... That sounds like it would require alot of tuning for them to work great together... Normally people use two of the same pumps or a really good high flow one with a sump tank. Why not just custom make it so you can use two identical bmw pumps? is it still Not good enough for e85?

6466 is capable of 600whp on 91oct only at 21psi per fftec's vff900. I swear, does no one read these f*cking threads about stuff they're asking questions about?!?!?!?!

HUH?? I Did read this thread. He did not dyno the car before he added the fuel mods either so that means we have no answer to the question is 600rwhp is achievable on a stock fuel system.

I think you mis-read the post, I was asking him how much it cost him to build the kit and how much it cost for the fuel mods. He never posted the prices in the this thread and he still has yet to dyno it.

Edit: Wait. I just seen this on the first page.

Precision 6466 is the turbo, not the fuel pump. Lol I'm lost.

Is this the fuel pump? (fftec's vff900) Im unsure what that means.

The VFF900 is the twin scroll, those 91 numbers were made on the single scroll 6466

To answer your first question, no, you cannot run the stock fuel system that comes from the factory and make 600whp on pump gas.

I wouldn't be sure of that...unless I just bought the twin scroll kit before it was released for sale VFF900 is listed on fftec's site as the single scroll 6466.

ok...you're definitely lost. So, I will take the time to explain it and be a nice guy.

vff900 = the single turbo kit name that uses the PTE 6466 turbo option
6466 = the precision turbo engineering 6466 model turbo

my original comment about Shiv making 600whp on 91octane, NO meth on a 6466 turbo was to say, "This guy can absolutely make 600whp with 91 or greater pump gasoline on the 6466 (turbo he is running on his custom turbo kit) because it has already been done on another car with NO fuel system modifications. So, the fact that this guy has upgraded his fuel pump and added an inline pump, I believe, 600whp should not be an issue for him whatsoever."

If that doesn't explain it for you, let me know where you're still foggy and I'll try harder.

Can you send me a PM with the link? I checked N54tech and "the other forum" and couldn't find the thread. Interested to see the results.

I seem to have found the fueling ceiling with no meth on my car. 20.5-21psi on e30 with clean logs. good timing Iats staying pretty Low. any more boost or e85 and hpfp takes a hit.

this is with Walbro 255 inline (in tank) and Vargas upgraded hpfp/rail

im trying real hard to dyno today to see what this translates to.

the Walbro 450 and stock lpfp in parallel was a pita. problems all the time I tried it for a few months and it wasn't worth all the work

ill add meth soon and change map sensor as well

just thought this may be useful info for stage 3 guys or guys doing their own single turbo kits aiming for 600whp and up

I believe Shiv had a modified Fuel Rail but he definitely has the upgraded Vishnu/FFTEC LPFP

Why is it trolling ? Cars been great there are vids of it racing all over YouTube and the interwebz. It made 642whp on 25psi no meth.

I'm gone for work and the holidays for the next 6 weeks. Car is getting some brakes, and other regular maintenance while I'm gone.

Looking into either a 6mt swap or a Gm auto swap as well
