Black Grilles Installed

Got my Piano Black Kidney grilles from Getbmwparts and the lower bumper grilles from modmy3.

Had the remove the bumper to do the lower grille. It was my first time doing it so it probably took a little longer than usual but it should help it go a lot faster in the future. Picture quality is crappy but I think it looks a thousand times better, especially in person. Next step is smoked/tinted side markers if any one has any suggestions

Before, during and after shots included

well with it being my first time taking off the bumper and doing it all by myself it took me a total of about 2 and a half hours, but that's also with some time in there to enjoy my Cohiba

That's pretty fast for your first time..

I'd be too shy to do these things in the open

you took off your bumper to put on the grilles???? LOL

grille change takes like 10-15 min. with the bumper on.

That's not too bad. My kidney grills took less than 5 mins. I need to replace my lower grills though. I might just give it a go once it cools off a little here.
