any1 in nor cal know a good shop for angel eyes on a e90?

hi i drive a 09 e90 328i and ive had some cheap ebay angels installed.... about half a year later they burned out and ive had a shop check it out. dude says the reason behind it all was because the angel eye wasnt housed correctly and he cut holes in my housing to run chicken wire to hold it... so with that said im looking for a shop that would do a good job on some led angels
