RD 7000k installed, got error.

So i installed RD angeleye kit for my e92 and it works good. but i got error from IDrive: Left and Right Daytime running light/parking light.

what should i do? the installed was pertty easy, i dont think i can break anything. also i didnt touch the light with my hands.

and my car is 01/07 built. anyone have any ideas? do i need to add some resistors or anything?

07' models has a lot of problems with error codes. I suggest you go with a different LED angel eye setup that works w/out errors. Lux H8 or Angel iBright are both good options

thanks mike! i had old Mtec V1 with no errors but they just went out, and they were not that white. hows the new V2 mtec? any errors with 07?

I thought you had a coupe. You will have no issues with the MTEC E90 v2.1 on the 07' E90 sedans

MTEC is error free at v2.1 now

to mike: i do have an coupe, but on the back of the bulb(the old one replaced by RDs) is shows H8 Mtec, so i thought it was Mtec v1. no errors. but after checking ur website it was only for e90? thats weird. anyways i think i will buy a set of Apline HID then, i wish i can do the OSS but i just cant wait for the 1 week+ downtime, i have to use my car EVERYDAY. thanks for the help tho!

I recently installed alpine HIDs and get the same errors on my early build '07(10/06) By turning off the daylight lights on idrive, the right sided error goes away.

Alex has been working on solution, as my car is one of 3 with this problem.
