I followed your instructions but.... where should I connect the purple wire with the green from the progressive meth controller. The first end of the green wire is connected to the controller and the other end goes somewhere near the pump. I cannot see the other end as the wire is wrapped with the red and black wires together and go somewhere near the pump under the carpet.

Should I cut the green wire and connect it with the purple on the side of the controller and leave the other end cut? Or should I make a "T" connection?
If you see the red wire for the pump just connect the purple to that wire and your good...That red wire from the pump is attached to the controller green wire somewhere up stream of the wiring...

OK, thanks. I'll try that later this evening and post up the results.

I unmounted the meth tank and unwrapped the wires. The green wire connects to the red wire of the meth pump.

It's obvious from the wiring diagram of the failsafe that I should make a "T" connection of the green wire with with the purple one

I'll do the installation tomorrow as it's very cold outside and post some installation procedure and some logs...

i have connected the green with red on the aquamist. It is still reading high.
54 on nozzle 1 and 72 with both nozzles.
I have set procede to 50 and no more overflow codes. Its winter anyway now so wont be using meth anymore till spring.

Howerton replied thats the best the unit can do:
With this model, this is the best we can do. It's unfortunate that Shiv has not changed a software setting to make this work better for the users, as he told us in the past he would.

We could put a small voltage divider on the signal wire to cut the voltage if need be.

It looks like the model u got from aquamist is the higher flow one. 80-2000 ml/min. If I go this route I would get the one that reads 100-1500 ml/min. Maybe that's why it read so how. Anyhow if it takes 50 to make it work then it shouldn't be an issue. Flow is flow as long as you have it working.

i dont think they make different models. This one is universal and has 3 different flow modes/voltages. The input voltage should be changed in the procede to make it read lower. As you say doesnt matter. As Shiv stated it should be below 90 to not trip overflow codes so i am good .
