Question about wheel
I had a pinhole in my sidewall of one of my tires so I had to get it replaced. The store said they broke the tire sensor off and had to replace it later but I noticed a part inside of the wheel was missing and I'm wondering what it is.
It's like the little plastic looking piece. Tanish color. Some on the other wheels say different things such as Zn (zinc?). Just wondering what it is. And this isn't my wheel, just a image I found on google. There are a couple of these on each wheel I think |

Hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like a balancing weight. If your tire/wheel combination is in balance, no worries. If not, you should feel a vibration and/or steering wheel shimmy around 60~75 mph.
