Here is a quick shoot we did the other day comparing a car with a Full replacement ring system with the LUX H8 160 angel eyes. On the Left is a headlight setup that will cost upwards of $700 and requires sending your headlights out most of the time. On the Right is the LUX H8 160 is is under $199 and takes about 10 minutes

Most likely the LUX H8 160 will work with your car, but if you get errors then you will need to use the LUX H8 V5 2007 coupe models instead

Man I still got my LUX V1 set but these 160 are very tempting... How much brighter are these bad boys compare to V1?

If I wait till one of my LUX v1 lights go out how long would that be? Hours of operation/life?

Oh these are going to be so much brighter than the V1's you have. Attached is a picture comparing the LUX H8 160 and the V2's and you can easily see the difference there. In person they look even better as camera's often times have difficulty capturing the light accurately.

The V1's could last you a long time still so its up to you on whether you would want to upgrade or not.

I didnt ignore it. I actually just got a response from them as i contacted them last week for you. The lights just arrived at their location and they now have them in stock so you can order them from them.

Can you do a side by side comparison with 2- E70 X5's, 1 with H8 V5's set to 5700k and the other with the H8 160

So I paid for these two weeks ago through bimmian and they said today they still don't have them in stock?? And don't know when they will. Why don't they have stock? Can you send them stock? These are new to the market I don't understand why there isn't any in stock

If they're like the LUX V4, which I have on my early '07... then you'll get an error code AND the LUX will turn off if you switch on your headlights. The LUX will continue to stay off until you do an engine off/on.
