**UPDATED** problem almost fixed: Forge DV's install issue... go to post 52..
Hey guys,
i have a huge problem!! I installed my forge diverter valves and my AA FMIC in the past couple days and I just took it for a test drive... and the second i tried to accelerate my car felt very slow (like it was stock or something) and it didn't accelerate even close to how quickly it did when i just had catless downpipes, jb3 and my dci.. and then the yellow half engine light popped up.. I don't know what is wrong with it! the diverter valve clamps are all tight and I'm 99.9% sure i tightened all the clamps on the intercooler very very tight... it feels like what i would think a boost leak feels like.. because of the lack of power, but i am not sure.. my mods are: JB3 map 5/7, aFe DCI, Macht Schnell Catless downpipes, Forge DV's, and the AA Intercooler... Hopefully someone can help! I'm freaking out

it definitely sounds like a boost leak, double check the dv's are seated properly, and that both hoses on the intercooler are on the stock pipes really good, you can see the passenger side one from up top pretty easily looking down from the hood |

lol if i have to do this whole process again i'm going to buy rhino ramps.. or jack stands at least...
the dv's feel tight to the charge pipe i tried to pull on the hoses and they won't budge.. and the dv's won't budge either.. do you think i could have put the springs in wrong (i doubt it though because you just open the thing and put them in.. i think it's fool proof)? so i guess it's definitely the intercooler pipes?

no i doubt thats the problem, i'm betting the hoses arent on the i/c piping properly, its tricky sometimes, especially for the first time |

well that big ass intercooler gives you no room to do anything down there.. it looked like the hoses were on right but maybe not.. there was a small kink on the driver side one but i didn't think it was big enough to cause a problem..

Had the same problem with my AA intercooler when I first installed it. One of the intercooler connecting pipes has popped off because the clamps provided arent very good. Go to a hardware store and buy some better clamps and tighten them as hard as possible. Its an absolute pain in the ass but thats what I ended up doing. You just kinda have to jimmy all the pipping until it all works out and their arent any gaps or slips.
