Need Tire Recommendation from GURU's

I wasn't planning on changing my wheels so soon after getting this car which I've had for less than two months, but I bumped into an extraordinary deal on BMW Performance 19" rims (style 269) that I just couldn't pass up. I'll be removing and selling the stock wheels 18" style 189's

I looked at the Bridgestone Potenza S-03/RE-01R's, and Goodyear Eagle F1's. There is a shop in town that I'm working with that's trying to sell me Toyo Proxes TR1's. I need some good advice (from someone that doesn't sell tires) on the best option considering I live in the desert and may benefit from a dry performance based asymmetrical tire.

I've decided against run flats

Front 225/35R19
Rear 255/30R19

The tire sizes you should be running are 235x35x19 and 265x30x19..

Toyo's are great...

I have the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric. They have been fantastic in the dry, wet and the track. I cannot believe the amount of grip these tires give consistently lap after lap and especially in the rain. It's like driving in the dry on most tires.

i can recommend the goodyear F1s, i ran F1 GS D3s on my S60R and now Assymetrics on my 335i. you want to go with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19.
i carry a compact spare kit out of an E60 5'er to make up for the non-runflats, which has served me well.

what size tires are you running?
