It is located in the MAIN TERMINAL, Departure level, the office is directly across from where you lineup for US departures.

Surprisingly when I went for my interview both the US and Canadian customs officers we pretty nice throughout the interview.

The card is well worth it if you travel a lot, I love it.

Good stuff.
I have my interview next week too.
Make sure you don't wear your contact lens for your interview cause they are gonna have to scan your eye. Or they are gonna ask you to come back.
And two pieces of id. And the documents you have to print out.
I heard the location is near the Starbucks

My sister went for her interview last Sunday and apparently it was super easy. More of setting up your nexus process rather than an interview.

It's very straight forward, the officers are pretty darn nice there.

I see, 1 more question please?
in their letter, they ask to bring the car insurance paper so
they can verify the address etc...
do I need to bring the original car insurance paper
or a photocopy will be fine?
what if I have more than 1 car?
do I bring both ICBC papers to them?

They didn't ask me for this... Maybe they asked for registration and permit but insurance??? maybe it's a BC thing.

My sister was never asked to bring her car insurance..
She was asked to bring her citizenship card though..
And they said they will mail it to her on 2-3 weeks.
