Anyone heard from this guy lately?

I ordered angel eye bulbs on 4/30 and haven't heard squat from them since then. No indication they got my order or are shipping. Jeff's inbox is full so I can't PM him and it has been that way since the weekend.

I also emailed sales@topgearsolutions earlier this week as well and have received no response.

I am inclined to file a dispute to get a refund via paypal if I don't hear from him or them tonight.

I also emailed him with no response. Maybe something happened that is more important than work? Give him some more time. Hes a good guy and isnt trying to do shady stuff. If your in a hurry cancle and buy somewhere else. You can also try to reach out to joe. Hes a colleague of jeffs and might know what happened. His username is wildcatcrazy

Yeah, I am in a hurry and that is part of the problem. I am driving around with one angel eye and it annoys the shit out of me.

No easy way to cancel because I paid with paypal. I didn't even get any order information from their site and don't see any way to look up previous orders on there.

Maybe I'll just email them that I want to cancel and go ahead and buy from someone else. Then they can refund me when they get back to work.

I'm not sure if you went on our site. There is a huge banner that said we were closed from 4/30 until 5/6.

There is also a notice at checkout and on our Facebook and our emails have an automatic reply with the reminder we were closed.
