Hub Rust

So I've recently noticed now that since winter and the rain and snow have really begun, my nice silver wheel hubs have been beginning to rust. What is the best way to keep them from rusting or the best way to clean them?

Paint em with brake/ caliper paint. Mine are black (space grey metallic E92 here) and I love the color, plus no more unsightly rust- win win!!

How long and hard is it to do? Also, do you paint the hubs while there attached to the car or do you paint them after taking them off. Also, do you have any pics of yours and how long have you had yours painted? Thanks

AK Motorwerk did mine in Hillsborough NJ. It's a pain in the arse from what I observed

They look pretty good still. Will try to get a pic when the weather gets better.
