NY Bimmers first meet/cruise of 2013!

Trying to get this in before we start getting snow and the cars go into hiding. It's going to be cold, dress warm. We are going to make this first one BMW exclusive. BMW's only for this one.

Location is Dave & Buster's in Farmingdale, NY 12 NOON.

261 Airport Plaza Blvd, Farmingdale, New York 11735

JOIN UP GUYS!!! we're going to make it big this year. for those of you who came out about a year ago to BAECNY's annual meet will know who we are. we hosted the event at dave and busters and cruised around LI to our destination and had a great BBQ. i hope all of you can join and help a great cause of trying to build a bigger and better BMW community.

lol, way to have a passion for bmw's. you obviously haven't been around that long or to any of the meets we have put together in the past. take the stick out of your ass and try meeting other enthusiasts, don't be an elitist.

and twice a week its always like 15 people. Back in the day we set up weekly meets and it actually was so much better then now. it didnt matter what bmw you had you would enjoy talking to each other about bmw. now its just e9x guys think there cars are the greatest thing in the world and dont even talk to new people that come to the meets.

i will post this in here too to show we are making moves and trying to bring the bmw community back together like it used to be:

NY Bimmers will be featured at the Annual Rallye BMW Motorsports Car Show. We will have our own reserved parking area, a tent, we will have our own models on deck wearing our logo, our own photographer. We are working on setting up some raffles also and some other fun things. This is an awesome step in the right direction. Your cars will need to be clean and correct to be a part of this, the show is in june, you have 4 months to get it together. I will need a count of all that will be attending with us so we can have the correct amount of spots reserved by beginning of may.

prizes up for raffle so far are:

tint job done by evolution window tinting
exterior detail by l.i. detailers
express detail by l.i. detailers

more to come......

well said jeremy. and its true back in the day when we had the Sears meet in hicksville. it was a mixture of e30,e36,e39,e46,e60,e90,e92's and we had great times. now a days these e90 dudes think there the hotest things around. Learn from your roots. e9x's are not the only bmw's invented.....show or no show. this meet will still be fun and we will still show support for the real BMW community. have a good night.

Just cuz it's e90post doesn't mean the meets we have only have e90s. It's just the name of the website. It's already a huge forum and community so we use this site as a portal for BMW enthusiasts. Making a new website/group just so it doesn't have e90 in the name won't really do much when e90post has already established a solid following.

Plus big crowds always big trouble. I'd rather stick with a small 10-20 people meet. There's always one a**hole in a large group that always has to show off.

Lol we have had meets/cruises of 70+ cars. No issues. If you checked out the ny bimmer page or my personal facebook you would see proof of the things we have put together in the past, we aren't new to this and have been doing this longer than most of you have been bmw enthusiasts.

I rarely come on e90post, i have been on bf.c for over 5 years under the same name, check it out if you need proof, we were just trying to reach out to other forums to try and bring everyone together, from all the forums. We have had nothing but success so far, besides the little resistance we seem to be encountering on e90post.
