Haven't noticed a heads up thread, maybe I missed it. New season starts this Sunday BBC 2 8.00 as usual.

Now lets hear all those complaints about how it's not about cars anymore, how the format needs changing and how annoying Hammond is.

No problem - the program is annoying, all three presenters are annoying (Hammond even more so) but it gives the boorish audience something to do.

Only reason I knew is because they borrowed a 205GTi from one of the members of the owners club for the fiesta, Clio, 208 shoot out. No doubt going to point out how the 205 is better and miles faster than all that stodgy modern toss.

Anyone can recommend any alternative series about cars? I don't think 5th gear is on anymore.

Just like fast and furious, not many films about cars, so have no choice really.
