A bit of time has passed but I wanted to thank James @ **********s for his exceptional customer service.
I bought a set of matte black grills a few months ago and had some issues with the quality. James took some time (I'm sure he's a busy guy) to resolve the issues but in the end he got it resolved and arranged for me to send the grills back to the manufacturer in exchange for new ones so thanks James! You definitely got a return customer. - James (also) |

I just called **********s and asked for James, and they told me he doesn't work there anymore Blasphemy! He was the best though, I agree
