HID Kit help?

So I was looking to order a kit for my 09 335i xdrive, need some advice on to get 35w or 55w, I know 55w are hotter but will they damage the housings for the fog light and the low beam?

35w is just fine and what most use unless you have a custom projector retrofit.

No, 55w will not damage your housings. I've had mine on and no damage of any sort. I love them!

Your 335i already has HID low beams. You can change the bulb to a different temperature, but you dont need to get a "kit" for it and it wouldn't work anyway because it already has HID components.

Fogs you can get an HID kit. I would stick with 35w for that.

HID Kit not working..Help

Hi, I just got this 35W HID kit on ebay for my low beam. When plugged in did not light up. I connected it to the fog wiring, which is 35W and it worked fine. I thought the canbus which came with the kit can solve all errors. Now the seller is recommending to buy a stronger error canceller, mentioned below. Is there a work-around for this. I already spent 60 pounds for the kit, now again around 25 pounds for the canceller is too much.
