FS: 2 CF M-Tech splitters straight from BMW

So my friend ordered these from BMW and realized they are for the M-Tech front bumper and he has the sport pack so it would not fit.
they are brand new still in the box, have never been put on a car and are in perfect condition.
as you can tell these are local pickup only

will this fit a 2010 E93? ive heard the mtech bumpers changed slightly? if you still have them in 2 weeks when im in ny i love like to see how they look.
