Will it rub?

So im planning on getting these new rims from another member but i want to make sure if this setup will rub against my fender. He has an M3.

My car: 2007 335i cab
Avant Garde
Rims: 19x9 +18 and 19x10 +25
Rubber: 245/35/19 and 265/35/19

you'll probably rub on occasion without fender modification.
