Luxury Auto Xchange feedback

It would seem that L.A.X. in Alsip, IL will try to get cars from anywhere they can, whether its a lemon buyback from Perillo or somewhere else.

My car came as a demo car from a NJ dealership. Carfax, Autocheck and DMV records confirm that the car is clean history.

My experience with L.A.X. was impressive! My guess is that different people get different experience from L.A.X based on the sales person they dealt with, no?

I would suggest that it is more a case of your getting lucky with a clean car. Good deals seem to be available here, but the buyer has to do alot of homework (moreso than should be required). Caveat Empor, YMMV, etc all apply.

Just curious, as I made an exceptionally offer on the car I mentioned before. They called me back a few days after purchasing my car saying they would accept it...makes me wonder what a PPI would've discovered on it

I recently purchased my car from luxury auto and while you mind find the price pretty solid, their service is horrible.

I was promised some OEM plate frames in July and George Sr. and Scott, his minion have not followed through. I had it in the contract and they refuse to return calls or take any action. They've even gone the route of saying, "I don't care for your business in the future", and they can rest assure that I will never do business with them.

The moment you step into their shop, I think they ooze the sleazy car salesmen mentality. I made the mistake of trusting them, which was a complete mistake.

Those who have positive experiences, I'd think you were pretty lucky.

I bought my Bmw X5m and had no issue's i would go back....and a Another Bmw Dealer told me about them said they had a ton of Bmw's...and he was right...i looked at 5 other one's and where all beat on ...not mine ..perfect

LOL, even if he is legit, he's coming off as an idiot. Thus far the only one I'd trust on this thread who supports them is Vasil....so there is one isolated instance.

i don't even know the pepole talking bad about luxury auto xchange.bought a car from them.i love every one there i bought my 2009 M5 got a great price and had no problems...i was in and out with in 2 hours..and o ya great trade in price to...if any body wants to call me i will give out my number if thats ok....
