Oh well that sucks if it's a design flaw. Have you guys all tried reaching out to Berk?
My car didn't throw any codes like those with the vrsf and I'm xdrive as well too. My only recent codes where recent, (a year after getting tuned) and we think it was from me being lowered and driving in all that snow, getting something wet that shouldn't have gotten wet. |

It looks like my pre-cat o2 had an extension welded on which was probably done by the previous owner. I guess that is what I get for buying used parts. This ended up costing me over $1,200 (Downpipe Cost, Install Cost, new o2, Removal Cost) *smh*

Last night I got P0133 and P2CF4, I have been running stage 2 sport with zero issues and I have NEVER got a SES light before, it freaked me out! My only mods are a drop in K&N filter and an ER CP, I honestly never run my car hard and I question why I even bother using the AP , but I do like to "play" time to time with the extra power. I run 94 in my car, It's an Ethonal blend ( %10 I think ) but last night I was very low on gas so I put Shell 91 in the car to get me to the station where I get the 94, about 3-5 miles after putting in the 91 I got the SES light with those 2 codes, I continued to drive to where I get the 94 and filled up there, I plugged in my AP and cleared them and then drove around for 15-20 miles and no SES light. Do you think the switch to 91 would have triggered it?

I can't say that the 91 caused the codes for sure but I would assume it would have at least contributed. Tunes are really fussy about octane. Cobb says you need 93 for Stg 2... I would imagine running 91 would cause issues, especially timing, sputtering, etc.
Id suggest to switch to Stage 1, run your tank out then fill up with 93/94 and go back to Stage 2. |
