I got one recently and put it on, it's a pretty good fit. Here's a link with some install info which has another link on it to more info:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ht=ets+install My advise is to cut the stock clamp off on the passenger side piping with a dremel but be careful not to cut the piping. I also recommend putting some kind of lubrication (i used grease) on the silicone couplers to make them easier to adjust; if you don't, once you get those things on they're nearly impossible to adjust without it.... |

I had to trim the shroud for the install on my xo2 unit. When I sold it and put in the ETS (much smaller) the unit slid in with ease. The results for cooling were almost identical and the unit was prob 15lbs lighter than the cheaper, larger, knock off of the spearco. So easy to address the tbolt clamps and the couplers made connecting the unit a sinch. For the weekend warrior, the ets 5" unit delivers! 100s of WOT logs in all kinds of weather and rarely do I see IAT above 100 degrees with or without meth.

Nice write up. Been enjoying my ETS for 3 years now. You can actually remove the hot side coupler clamp w/o cutting it.
