Crash Active Head Rest delete / code?

I have a 2009 LCI and want M-Sport dakota leather to replace the cloth trim Chances of getting a 2009 on complete interior are slim if not impossible without buying new. If I went for a 2006 interior, with the swivel NON crash active head rests - What are the options? Can I get an independant to code out the head rests to stop the airbag warning lights on dash? Thanks
