Install OEM E92 aero kit front lip myself?

Looking for some feedback from people who have done this. I have the front lip and adhesive from my dealer. Going to have it painted soon. Once I have it painted is this something I can install easily myself? From what I have read/seen it seems pretty basic, just sticks on to the existing front bumper. Do I need a lift, ramps or anything to raise the front up?

If you installed yours yourself, please let me know how it went. Thanks.

Just ordered mine. The dealer quorted me $138 for paint and install. $125 for just paint. That's $13 for install. He said the time in the computer allottted for install is negligible.

It took about 15 minutes for me. Remove 5 hex nuts underneath the front bumper (about 6 inches in), put some double sided tape (or adhesive) on the lip, adhere lip, re-insert hex nuts through bottom of lip, done. You'll get dirty from laying on the floor, but if you have a good ratchet you're good to go.

I was actually surprised by the painting / install price. If it was over 250 I was not getting the lip.

How much did you pay for the lip and adhesive? And where did you get it? Let me know how your paint job goes.
