Organising idrive hard drive

On my 09 car with idrive with hard drive, every time i put a CD in full of MP3's, idrive creates a seperate entity.

For example, if the CD is called Feb 25 with say 8 albums i then get a whole load of dates of cds and have to sift thru each date to see the albums.
I could have 100 albums but there split into 8 different entities.

Is there a way of idrive listing all the albums rather than listing just the individual cds which contain several albums?

Are you copying the CDs to the it drive? or just browsing the contents?

Are you ID3 tags in order on the CD tracks?
