It is 26.5 in diameter, has brand new rubber mounts.

I have the M3 on my car, the Performance Suspension sway bar is slightly tapered in the center but seems not as much as the Sport Suspension, the M3 is not tapered.

I don't know if it would fit a 330i, but it if it does, very easy to install.

There are two M3 front sway bars, 28mm for E93 and 26.5 for E92
I just checked and the Performance Sway is barely tapered compared to the Sport.
Here are the pics of the Performance Sway
the part numbers listed are:
6796307-01
00974830000 G1
31356796307 (this should be the part number for the sway bar)
the spare bushings are: 31356765574
