TRENDIXX...please wats goin on...

why did the admin erase my messages FOR... iT WAS THE TURTH towards trendixx.. come on ppl lets be real... i called them up today and a girl picked up the phone she was like theres no such thing as trendixx I CALLED BACK LIKE 10 TIMES AND NO ANSWER... IV BEEN CALLING ALL DAY EVERY DAY... EVEN LAST WEEK.... SENT A COUPLE OF EMAILS.. NO ANSWER... PM NUTTIN NADA... i just wanna to talk to steven or carlos or who ever is in chrage with the company.. all i want is my money or my springs BACK.. i dont care about anything else.. well sorry if u got into an accident but not my problem WE ARE HERE FOR CARS NOT TO MEET PPL.. THIS ISNT MYSPACE OR HI5... THIS IS A BMW SITE... business is business man.. lets take this fo real.. not a joke...

i agree it sucks that you're in that situation with trendix, and i hope you get it resolved quickly.

but posting the same message in every forum isn't going to do much, though i know you're trying to get attention on this subject. just post it in the vendors comments/review/feedback forum where it belongs.

ya this guy ordered the springs like 2 weeks ago, cuz i TOLD him about their sale. now i feel bad, he hasnt even heard from them yet.

This post is very valid. Trendix has a lot of unhappy customers right now.

I have been PM'ing and calling off and on for the last few days (although I get an answering machine saying it's trendix). I even requested my spoiler can be shipped to me unpainted to eliminate the supposed reason for the delay. No communication whatsoever. Just the latest post on other threads saying he will eventually get to our orders. Of course, he charged my credit card the day I placed my order! So tell me, how hard is it to ship a spoiler that supposedly was available (said he had 2 left) that now doesn't need any prep work (painted). Just ship it Carlos along with any other orders that are ready. It's not that hard to do. Personally, the painting thing may have been a front to delay what is happening now.

I have never been through a problem like this before and order online all the time. Not sure why E90 post can't do more or at least post they can look into our concerns.

Wow I am so glad that everyone is so concerned with my personal well being instead of the delayed shipment of their parts.......

First off I will apologize to everyone which have not received their products yet.

Secondly, everyone that has filed a dispute or made a claim with their credit cards will get their refund and I will have UPS reroute the delivery. If you receive the product already please have UPS send it back.

Everyone else who are still waiting will be getting their products later this week or early of next. We will also be giving all those of you who have patiently waited a $100 discount towards a later purchase with us.

Simply put there are no excuses for us but I am a one person operation with part-time help. Had issues with UPS then got into a car accident. I asked my part-time guy to help with some of the issues on the forums but he said he did not know where to start.

There are quite a few PM, emails, and voicemails which I will deal with one by one so if you haven't gotten anything yet it's not because I don't care but simply because I am swamped. I am sorry to have cause any inconvenince to anyone and understand if you want a refund.

We have been. I told him to call me or PM me on Monday or I was cancelling. Still no word. Monday was the day he left the above post. If he didn't contact me Monday, why could'nt he have contacted me yesterday or today. Is a matter of fact, why hasn't he contacted anyone from this forum. I know of no one he has contacted, like he says he was going to do. If so, let them speak.

Anyone know why Trendix switched management from the start? I've talked to Steve before and he was very kind and helpful and gave me an excellent price for product and installation. Now that I have enough money, they don't do installs anymore and switched workers
