Sadly the day has come when I need to part with my car. We just bought a house and got a dog, so it’s time to get something bigger. I’ve got a 2007 328xi E92 6MT with about 64K miles. I’m the second owner and I bought the car as CPO in 2009. It does have an accident from the previous owner, but it was minor/cosmetic only, as they CPO’ed the car with it on the record. The car has been great and has always been serviced at the dealer while I've owned it. Note that the radio LCD does have the fading pixel issue in the heat (never really bothered me).

Mechanically, the car is mint and the majority of the paint is in excellent condition with a nice shine to it. There are a few small imperfections on the car that I do want to mention from parking lots, etc (see pictures below). The first is on the hood where someone backed into the car when it was parked – what you see in the picture was just some touch up paint to make sure it didn’t rust. The second is the driver’s side front bumper, which has a scuff. The third is the rear bumper, which was re-painted before I got the car – the clear coat is chipping slightly. It’s only about 1 inch and hasn’t grown much since I got the car, so it's not really spreading. All of the items are relatively minor and could easily be fixed by a shop if needed. I’ve priced the car accordingly with it being at the low end of the KBB value.

I’ve got 4 newer tires on the car with <10K on them: Conti ExtremeContact DWS non-RFT (much nicer ride than RFTs). The rims are in pretty nice shape, but some do have a little rash.

I also have 3 extra Style 185 rims and a BavTech Enthusiast cable with 2 VINs left on it (1 VIN is this car). Those items aren't included in the price, but I’d be willing to give the buyer a deal on them.

Thanks for looking!
