You'll get some love buddy. I'll have an NA guy come and test fit + dyno. We work hard, so just show us some love by respecting the hard work we put into the projects and not going out to copy months of work I put in. Its things like this that make us not want to do anything for the platform. If $200 is too much for some of you, you might want to consider purchasing a scion tc or something in that price range.

LOL... where the hell did I say I was going to go out and copy it or bitching about it being $200 bucks?

I just wanted to see how the numbers looked on the non turbo's... with less power to start with than a 335, I want to know if we benefit more or less with these things before buying them... thats all.

Just realize us 328 guys rarely see much love on these forums when it comes to performance parts being developed... I was just being sarcastic is all.

I think we all would greatly appreciate it if you had a 328 dyno with the ram air installed on it... trust me, you'll get respect as long as we get it too, we are all too often ignored.

thanks and let us know how it goes.

I don't think that was directed at you just a few other guys in the thread complaining about cost and saying how their going to upgrade their home depot vent kits they use!!

will i have to remove the stock vent first? Or can i just install it by removing the grill only and working around it?

No, we have love for you guys. Sorry if it came out like I was directing anything at you.

I do this for a living and I work darn hard. Its a little frustrating when you do something and it takes a lot of time/money just for it to get ripped off. If we were selling an unproven product for thousands of $, I would understand, but $200, it baffles me.

Anyhow, I think SPP is on the lookout for someone with a 328 and 330 (w/ manual trans) to come in and dyno with us. If you guys are in our area, please contact Craig or Eric @ SPP and we can arrange something. The dyno session is at no cost to you of course.

Cheers

Not bad, I'm definitively thinking about it as I'm getting a cold air intake, the only problem is I'm trying to save up for rims but I always buy something else! I have to think hard about this, there is a lot of HP gain for little such little money.

The RPI Facility is in SOCAL right? Is that where the Dyno testing is being done?
Next weekend I plan on being in the area, so if a Manual Trans 328i is still needed for the dyno testing and anyone from SPP is reading this please feel free to PM me. Chances are I'll buy one anyways, so might as well do some good.

It's nice that something nice and pretty inexpensive came out for both N52 and N54 E92 BMs
