Which shop is better with mounting my 19"s? I've never been to any of them.

i've heard good things about:
AL'S HUBCAPS
490 JERICHO TPKE
MINEOLA, NY 11501

they have a hunter gsp9700 roadforce balancer. about 10 miles from you, but i would say worth it.

http://www.tirerack.com/installer/In...=11501&place=0

they're a little further away, but worth it.
their equipment is better than the place u linked:

Mounting Equipment: Hunter TC3500 State-of-the-Art Runflat capable

Balancing Equipment: Hunter GSP9700 State-of-the-Art Roadforce balancer

both are probably the best equipment on the market right now.

tpms install is mindless, i did mine in about a minute per rim, and that was using a torque wrench to accurately torque the stem to the wheel and the sensor to the stem.
