Indy in east London/essex??

hi Guys,

im looking for a very good indy with full autologic who can carry out some work regarding possible electrics.

real fault finding and diagnosis will be involved

ideally on the east side but can travel in and around london.

ow and it would be nice he doesnt charge an arm and a leg.

Not in East London but for fault finding I'd recommend Brunswick Garage in N11 (www.brunswickgarage.com - It's actually not that far from East London).

Speak to Andy. He has a few ex-BMW technicians in his garage that really know their stuff, has dealer level facilities and is reasonably priced. He is also fully Autologic equipped.

Try Prestige Viechle Repairs in the Lakeside industrial park. Quite a few of us go there. There is a recent thread about them somewhere.

That was back in the day, I took mine about 2 months ago and I had no issues, they did a good job and a few other forum users go there

called them yesterday and the guy on the other end came off a bit Offstandish. all i did was ask for an address to check the garage out as i was not just going to send my vehicle to any garage without having a look at the establishment etc etc.

i think ill leave that one alone and try one of the others that the guys have mentioned.

I have used SBS before and the guy (Sid) was alright. I would def not take it there over Prestige though.

thats your choice there's plenty of others to use, I've used him for over 15 years from e30's to e90's never been over charged or had a problem with any of his work.. he has even fixed & diagnosed small jobs for free for me but then we know each other well now

could be that he Dosen't like to talk about his Garage full of equipment & customers cars to someone he don't know over the Phone..

well so as you can imagine i went to prestige and all i can say is good call guys...definitely my kind of garage.

both guys i met there were ace!!

expert, polite, friendly and very fair. 5 star definitely.
