i guess my specific question is i thought somewhere in there tax was included in my drive off break down, i haven't had the chance to double check with my CA yet, she's off today. but if this is true i shouldn't have to pay any tax in my monthly payment right?

In some states you must pay tax upfront on leases.

In California, you do not!

Yeah no taxes in the drive off. You do pay monthly tax on your payments.

My minimum drive off with no SD was a little over $1000.

I don't know the break down. There's no way mine's that high because my monthly payment is $628 including tax but total drive off was like $1050.

At work right now so I don't have the paperwork with me.

you didn't order thru me - but i'll help you anyways...

the Acq fee is 625 - anything over that is just mark up.

And in CA, they will tax you up front if you are putting any cap reduction down - as you are taxed on the cap reduction.

Will
