HELP!!! Car won't start after having a accident

I have a 2007 BMW 335i The car was involved in a front end accident and now it won't start I changed the IBS sensor and still no start. But if I jump the two wires in the front of the car were you give the car a jump then it will start but after a couple of minutes it shuts off. And by the way I changed that part to but still no start. If anybody can help me with this issue I will greatly appreciate it

It's called the BST. It's the positive cable on the battery. Look it up online

Now I'm having another issue I put the radiator in and put everything all together and I turn the car on and after like 10 or 15 mins the fan started getting really loud and my temperature light came on.

You need to make sure you purge the air out of the radiator, keep the cap open and turn on the hot air for about 10-15 minutes while the bubbles come out of the radiator. You can look up a DIY around here somewhere should be pretty simple. I'm guessing it's your coolant sensor tripping out

Is the check engine on? You should check if you are getting any codes. Could point you in the right direction. My best guess would be a faulty temp sensor that's making it trip the fan.

No there's no check engine light . But why would the water pump not come on and the temperature light comes on when I'm driving. It first comes on yellow and if I don't turn the car off it comes on red.

Was there any damage to the connectors? Make sure you look at all the sensors for cracks, wires stripping, or plugs not down tight enough. What I was saying earlier was the water pump and radiator and all could be working fine but the sensor could be faulty causing the display showing your engine temp to go to red (showing you the red error). You would have to see what the engine temperature is at and see if it rises when the dash shows it.

I just spoke to the previous owner and he said he change the water pump and thermostat at 75,000 and the car has 103,000 now. So there no way it can be the water pump right?
