i almost died today too =(
i was gettin onto 17S from teterboro in my E36...
i was going maybe 20?
and my car skid and hit the curb...
but thank god it didnt get my bumper.. but i scraped my wheel pretty bad...

sucks dude...i nearly hit a pole tonight going *5* making a 90 degree turn...roads here in Philly were pure ICE right in the heart of rush hour...i gashed my rim, hope the dealer doesn't notice during trade-in in 4 weeks!

It was horrible getting the car to actually move. My car just wouldn't move until like 10-15 sec. Should I have used press DTC once or not press DTC? I didn't have DTC on. Now my garage smells like burning rubber. And I have all season tires. But once the car was moving, it was all over the road, couldn't keep it under control unless i was going less then 25 on parkway. The only go thing was that the car was stopping when I needed to stop. Car is staying home tomorrow...

BMWs just sucks in snow if its not a XI..Plain and simple...Rear wheel drive vs snow= fail....I just hope this will be the last of the storms this year...Its been a pretty good winter so far

Bmw is the worst in the snow. Today is the second time I spun out and ran into the curb. Now the alignment is soo fuggin off. Called Bmw assist (who had me wait for 30 minutes until a operator came on) and then they told me that the tow truck is going to take 4 to 5 hours. R u kidding me!!! Then I decided to walk my ass to my house which is 2 miles away in the snow and cold. What a day!! Thats not even considering the fact that I've been awake since 6am. Now I'm home waiting for the freaking tow truck to call. Great!!!!

bmws are the worse for sure. i was in toronto in a snow storm (much worse than today). My s60 was fine with all seasons but all the cars in the ditch (10 of them on 401 highway) were all BMW

yea same thing happen to but when the cops came they got a tow in like 15 min lol...yo did u try driving the car?
