Updated with two new locations.
Great bridge crossing shot in Auburn / Forest Hill Area. This is below the bridge the drove the Vette off in Fast and the Furious LOL.  Added a new SF location found from another forum.

I'm confused about this thread... should we post up where we think pristine photo locations are in our area?

If you want to share locations that would be cool. I have asked for help from people to make a database of locations and I have gotten crickets and some saying we don't want to share. So I deiced to make a thread I will update with the locations I add to the database.

I'm from SoCal, but some of the best that I've been to are in the canyons or around town.

West on I80 to Auburn, take the Foresthill Rd exit, stay on that road across the big bridge. Approximately 1 mile or so past the bridge you will see Old Auburn Foresthill Rd on the right, take it. This will bring you around to the river bottom where you will see this view I just uploaded. Just after you see the big bridge in the air, you will see 193/49 (Golden Chain Highway) take that road across the bridge. Maybe 10 miles into this road you will see Salmon Falls Rd on the right, take it, and that will bring you right back down to 50 in Folsom lake area. It's a pretty awesome drive. Hope this helps!
