Adjusting Xenons for driving abroad?

OK I've done a search and found 1 thread but it didn't really answer the question.

On my e93 the handbook says that there is a lever which adjusts the lights for driving abroad. Trouble is I can't see the where the diagram says it should be.

Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?
