holy ....... with that price this thing just made no sense

i guess they didn't even have those parts ready at the time you ordered them , and they probably just took 3 months to built them up and thats why you've been waiting ..

this is so sick man ,sorry for the pain and good luck in the future

Maybe the kit was stuck at US customs.

He is in New Zealand why would it be at US Custom, unless prior design is an american company?

My bad, was using the E90post iPhone App and didn't see that.
What I mean is that sometimes things get stuck at customs.

original parts will be even more expansive in NZ
because NZ is not so big as usa, so doesnt have a very great second hand parts market, you allways need to get parts from oversea。 we are not even doing hpfp recall

Prior-design is a very nice looking company from out side, i cound never know they are a company like this

The Prior Design Widebody kit is actually wider then the m3. There are two huge projects on here that utilizes the kit. One is already finished while another one is being built right now. Both are gorgeous Here are the links

I feel sorry for your complications but I feel that you should let a professional install it at an auto shop? Perfect fitment or not the pieces need to be installed properly and aftermarket pieces always need some kind of adjustment. Then again maybe you are a professional?

thanks, but i did work with a professional guy, he told me it's fine with some adjustment, lots of body kits are even worse than this. (that made me feels better) that's not the problem, but the things i am facing are too much different than what they told me, i have been waiting for more than 3 month after i paid the money, and the exhaust i got from them which cost me 1500EURO, is not even for my car, and now, they not even answer my email

Glad to hear that the bodykit can be installed properly

I would be extremely upset as well if I had to wait 3 months. I would contact them about getting reimbursed some of the money. 3 months is unacceptable. Even more ridiculous is the fact that they sent the wrong exhaust. The exhaust you purchased is a VERY famous brand though (italian made). I would keep complaining and tell them how you will spread your issues on the forums and I'm sure they will work with you then. Good luck!

send them this link, so they know their reputation is on the line. Otherwise they have no motivation to resolve this issue because they already have your money.

You are justified in complaining to them. They stated that they would ship out your items within a couple days and it ended up being 3 months. There's no excuse for that whatsoever. And they made the ridiculous mistake of sending you the wrong exhaust system. I can maybe try to understand them if the products were cheap items but we're talking about about five figures here (in dollars). If you email them w/ proper wording I don't see how they won't reimburse you to some extent.

That front bumper fitment in the first link you provided sucks, look where the bumper meets the front fenders above the wheel, thats horrible. In the second link it looks decent.

Is it just me, or was that entire original post incomprehensible?

No wonder the OP got shit-fitment parts, neither party could understand what the other one was saying.
