I have issues with my 325d M57, basically when using light throttle the engine hesitates always at same 1700 RPM. Car stops accelerating for 0,5 seconds and then keeps pulling. If I put my foot down it goes fine, no issue. Its most noticeable in 2-3rd gear.

Changed until now: oil gearbox, filter (old oil was not dirty neither burned). Reset gearbox adaptations, same no change.
Changed EGR pressure converter, MAP sensor.
MAF is measuread and it measures the good value. Turbo also provides the correct boost.

Today I removed the EGR hose and blocked that with a screw. Car drove the same, no light , no code nothing. Same hesitation. Should I exclude EGR then if it was dissconected?

I am left with no ideas of what to try...

Is this a new issue? Sounds like the classic torque converter while using part throttle complaint

Yes its a new issue, at least I noticed only after buying the car? If torque converter slips ! Why doesnt that happen at full throtle? Dealer is useless they have not found the issue.

What I am referring to is not a torque converter slip issue, rather a torque converter lockup issue. The lockup when applying light load happens at an awkward time around the 2-3 shift which can cause jerkiness and a feeling of hesitation or loss of power. I dont know the shift points, lockup point, or torque converter spec for a 325d so it could be entirely different from the 335d

Yes, makes sense as it feels exactly like torque converter locking . Is there any solution to this? I never had this issue in my previous diesel.
