Hey guys! Me just like most of you buy many things here off ther forum and the internet in general. I bought a simple $10 steering wheel emblem from JL-Motoring on 12/31/11. I actually ended up paying another $10 in shipping. I have not heard from this person since! I have sent numerous e-mails and no response. Thankfully, it was only $20 and not $500 DP's!Just wanted everyone to be aware of this unscrupulous business.

I bought the key hole delete from bimmian.com. It comes painted the color of your car.

That's very strange of them. I ordered my cf performance diffuser from them (here in the forum). I had no issues with them, Answered all my pm's and shipping was rapid. I wouldn't mine doing business with them again, they are very trustworthy in my eyes.

Same crappy experience here.
Sent an email and PM inquiring about a product, no response.
I started a thread asking whether these guys were legit or not, and got an IM from him saying "we never got your message, what's up".
I responded to it,before Christmas, and still haven't heard back.

Someone needs to drop their site-sponsor deal.

I see a similar trend happening a lot lately, particularly on e-Bay, where people price an item very cheap and then tack on inflated freight. You might see a $5 item on sale for $1 and then notice that they are asking $10 for shipping and handling. What should be a $7 (shipped) item becomes $15. I guess I am just a prick, but I demand the full delivered price (particularly on small/cheap items) before I hand over my payment info. If possible, I pay with PayPal so that I know the exact amount they are getting before I press OK, and it protects my CC info too.

Global or not, it's unacceptable.

If I take too long communicating with my customers, I lose them to my competition.

It's sad that service seems a thing of the past. And we're OK with that. Who calls Dell anymore? You know you're going to get a guy in India who can't do much. I want some info on an item I want to purchase. All my inquiries go without any replies.
But then again, what can you expect from a company that doesn't publish a phone number on their website
