Favorite Wheel/Rim ever?

Hey all,

Amidst the depressing talk of rising fuel prices and inflation , lets all let our hair down a bit...

What is your favorite looking wheel on a car (/plane) ?

These are my current favorites, and some classics..

- Very unusual, I like it!

- Couldnt find a pic of just the wheel

- Quite striking when I first saw them

AND NOW PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE MOST AMAZING-EST RIMS EVER!!

so beautiful!

post away!

At the moment I have a lotus thing .. so it has to be the dark anodised spider alloys for the 111s.

Weight saving too !

Ooooo here goes -

- Original Fuchs - got to be in black and silver for me.

- trust me keeping 'em clean is a nightmare I love the look of wire wheels but hate the messing about with them.

- Oh so JDM!

- BMWs should have these or a nice set of BBS like -

Also love the wheels currently on my MX which are worth not far off what the car is worth, they are rather special JDM lightweight wheels

If you can't tell I like wheels, think they make or break the car they are on!

Nice rims all round! Those Hamaans look like they could snap in half, theyre soo thin!

Porscha! , I agree that wheels make or break a car! Like wearing a Versace (or equivalent) suit, and then donning a pair of Reeboks (or equivalent!) lol

I like this double spoke design which very similar to what was on on the previous generation 5 series M sports.

Rules for alloys:

1. Need to be easy to clean
2. If you can see through them a set of brake discs need to be in proportion (Drilled show intent.)
3. Nice set of calipers - finish off the look.

I agree with Gibbo, about the size and aggressiveness of the brake discs, but I would much rather have the best looking wheels possible even if they were a bit difficult to clean!

But thinking of it, those wheels that are easy to keep clean, usually have the classic 5 spoke (or similar) look, which does look the sh*t!!

Found some other beauties..

Nice wheels turning up here..
