Unhappy OSS Headlights alternatives down under?

I posted this on 1addicts also. Thought the E9x community is stronger in presence

I'm doing a lot of reading into the awesome OSS Design headlights. Yes, I am aware that there's a risk of fogged headlights, which is why I am planning to buy a set of DEPO v2 and modify that instead, keeping my stock unit. I have an old halogen headlight...

Any good alternative to OSS Design?

So far I've found: OSS Design (Miami), Luminance Autowerke (Melbourne, but not well known?), ONEighty (New York), BavGruppe (New York)

DSCPLN's car with OSS:

What's a set of depos cost?

That's a good idea to buy a set and have those modded, keep the originals incase next owners wants to change back.

Also you don't go without headlights for a few days lol

if you want the square bottom, OSS ones. If you want round ones, Oneighty. The Oneighty ones are one of the only ones with a FULL 360 degree of LEDS. Others have a crescent, so the top arch of the circle is missing so you get a kind of half asleep droopy eye look. Some people like it and like to think it's more aggressive, but just makes the car look like it's falling asleep.

Oneighty don't ship overseas, but I managed to convince them to ship their kit to me for $50 USD. I bought this kit but it was only $150 18 months ago https://shop.180.nyc/products/oneigh...b-ring-diy-kit

I plan on sending them to @Daenerys at Luminance Autowerke to do. Much cheaper than the other options you provided plus has 12 months local warranty if your headlights fog up! Sending the lights overseas, waiting for them to be done and sent back could take a month!

Luminance Autowerke also says the turnaround time is only two days as well when I last asked him!

when I first talked to naynay, he has got the led rings like $100 that comes in full 360 degree.
I am still thinking if I am going to do the conversion on my own or send it to naynay. Still being hesitating for the latter since I have to ship the headlights to him while I am in Perth WA.

I had a customer sent me his lights from Sydney. the process was pretty much effortless. He organised shipping with a courier company, paid for shipping here and back and they came and picked up the headlight when i was done. He sent them down Thursday night and got it back on the following tuesday.

Do you have to remove the front bumper to remove the headlights? Mine need to be blacked out as a minimum but interested in other options.

they alll have to be removed unfortunately. Pretty straight forward if you have some instructions. black out can be done. have a look around to see what style you like and let me know.

im also all for diy. I can supply you with the components and you can tackle the task yourself and ask me if you have any questions
