LS3 C6 Corvette (436 hp) vs. M5/M6????

I'm not sure if there are any runs between these two stock cars yet, but I bet it would be very interesting.
From a 50-150 mph roll I'd guess it would be very close and maybe the Vette might creep ever so slightly on an M5 from 50-130 mph
The M5 V10 might actually close the gap a bit from 130 mph on, as the V10 surely breathes a bit better than the LS3 OHV 6.2 liter but probably not enough to pull back alongside the vette before shutting down at 150 mph.

Now I think against the slightly lighter M6 it might be another story. The C6 might pull a bit at first, but I think the M6 would catch it by 130 and start to creep away.

Anyway, would love to see some videos of the new LS3 Vette against the M5/M6 as well as many others.

The 0-60 and 1/4 times on the LS2 Vette and the M5/M6 are just about dead even so I would give a slight edge to the LS3 Vette as far as those times go.

On the highway, ask Walked U about what the C6 Vette can do. He is able to hang with M5's on the highway but a slightly modded LS2 C6 Vette (similar HP as Walked U's 335 but the 335 had slightly more TQ) wasted him once they hit 4th gear. The low weight and gearing of the C6 Vette makes a bigger difference then people realize.
